Spiced Cranberry Rose Spritzer or Mocktail

Ingredients: 

½ cup Honey

2 cups Fresh Cranberries

2 Sprigs Fresh Rosemary

1 Tbsp. Ground Cardamon

1 Bottle Rose wine (optional)

4 Ounces Elderflower liquor (optional)

1/3 Cup Cranberry or pomegranate juice

2-3 Dashes Orange bitter

2 Sliced oranges

Ginger syrup to taste

1. To make the cranberry syrup: In a medium pot, bring 1/2 cup water, the honey, cranberries, rosemary, and cardamon to a boil over high heat. Boil 5 minutes or until the cranberries begin to burst, then remove from the heat. Let cool. Remove the rosemary and cardamon pods. If desired, strain out the cranberries. 

2. In a large pitcher, combine the cranberry syrup, rosé, elderflower liquor, cranberry juice, and orange bitters. Chill until ready to serve, up to 2 days.

3. Pour into your Drinkmate OmniFizz to carbonate! 

4. Add the orange slices and ginger syrup just before serving.

Firecracker Margarita

Ingredients

2 oz Tequila

1 oz Lime Juice

1 oz Blue Curaçao

Lemonade 

Optional: red sugar for rim

Instructions:

1. Prepare margarita glass by wetting the rim in water or agave syrup, then dipping in red sanding sugar.
2. Fill a cocktail shaker at least halfway with ice. Add tequila, blue curaçao, lemonade and lime juice. Cover and shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
3. Strain into the Drinkmate carbonation bottle and add sparkle!
4. Pour the carbonated mixture into your favorite cocktail glass over 1/2 cup of ice cubes or crushed ice.
5. Enjoy!

 Ingredients:

1/2 teaspoon sugar

3 dashes Angostura bitters

1 teaspoon water

2 ounces bourbon

Garnish: orange peel

Instructions: 

1. Add the sugar and bitters to a rocks glass, then add the water, and stir until the sugar is nearly dissolved.
2. Pour your sugar water and bourbon into your Drinkmate OmniFizz and carbonate!
3. Fill the glass with large ice cubes and pour your fizzed concoction into your glass.
